Position Summary

As a Teller at KeyBank's Orting branch located at 105 E Calistoga, you will be the friendly face of the bank, providing top-tier in-person service to new and existing clients. You'll handle transactions, resolve issues, and uncover opportunities to guide clients toward greater financial health. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $23.08 per hour (approximately $37,440 - $48,006 annually) and requires Saturday availability. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service by processing transactions accurately and efficiently in a branch setting.
• Proactively identify and resolve servicing issues while escalating complex matters.
• Engage clients in conversations to spot financial needs and seamlessly transition to bankers for deeper wellness discussions.
• Maintain cash drawer balance, adhere to compliance and security protocols, and participate in daily huddles.
• Educate clients on products, fees, digital banking tools like ATM, online, and telephone banking.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in client service and cash handling roles.
• Comfortable with PC software, Windows applications, and calculators.
• Strong integrity, time management, and sales skills; Notary License preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours), lift up to 30 lbs., and occasional driving.
