Position Summary

In this full-time role at our 782 Hoosick Rd branch, you'll deliver exceptional in-person service, handle transactions, resolve issues, and uncover opportunities for deeper financial conversations. Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client-first culture by welcoming clients and assisting with transactions and servicing needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues while transitioning clients to bankers for financial wellness discussions.
- Accurately process cash transactions, balance drawers, and adhere to compliance, audit, and security protocols.
- Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and Saturday shifts as needed.
- Educate clients on products, fees, and digital channels like ATM, online, and telephone banking.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
- Proven client service and cash handling experience.
- Comfort with PC Windows applications and calculators.
- Strong integrity, time management, and sales skills; Notary License preferred.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs.
