Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Teller for our branch at 322 Main Street, West Haven, Connecticut 06516. In this full-time role, you will serve as the face of KeyBank, delivering outstanding in-person service to new and existing clients. Tellers handle transactions, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to connect clients with financial wellness resources. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by processing deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Listen actively during client interactions to uncover financial needs and seamlessly transition to bankers for deeper conversations.
• Balance cash drawers, adhere to compliance and security protocols, and proactively resolve servicing issues.
• Participate in morning huddles, end-of-day debriefs, and work Saturdays as needed.
• Educate clients on products, fees, digital banking channels like ATM, online, and telephone banking.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and use financial wellness tools to support client goals.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in client service and cash handling roles.
• Comfortable with PC applications, Windows-based software, and calculators.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, time management, and sales skills.
• Notary License preferred; ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours) and lift up to 30 lbs.
