Position Summary
As a Teller at our Williamsville, NY branch located at 5200 Main Street, you will deliver exceptional in-person client service, handle transactions accurately, and uncover opportunities to support clients' financial wellness. This role requires a strong client-first mindset, cash handling expertise, and the ability to transition clients to bankers for deeper conversations. Enjoy competitive pay of $18.00 - $23.08 per hour ($37,440 - $47,994 annually) in a dynamic banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody a client experience culture by being present and impactful in every interaction.
- Perform efficient, accurate teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, and cash balancing.
- Proactively identify and resolve servicing issues while escalating when necessary.
- Listen for financial clues and seamlessly refer clients to bankers.
- Assist clients with financial wellness tools and educate on banking channels like ATM, online, and phone banking.
- Participate in daily huddles, maintain product knowledge, and work Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
- Proven experience in client service and cash handling roles.
- Proficiency with PCs, Windows applications, and calculators.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, time management, and sales skills.
- Notary License preferred; ability to stand for prolonged periods (5-8 hours).
