Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead Associates and Analysts in financing, advisory services, and pitch materials preparation.
- Mentor and coach junior team members for professional growth.
- Manage comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and deal execution.
Client Advisory & Sector Expertise
- Analyze financial statements and metrics of public Industrials companies for insights.
- Serve as trusted advisor through deep industry knowledge and capital markets expertise.
- Develop understanding of sector trends, competitive dynamics, and financial impacts.
- Eventually lead origination: prospecting, idea generation, and securing mandates.
Collaboration & Growth
- Coordinate firm resources for client solutions and maintain team communications.
- Participate in talent recruitment and franchise-building initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years investment banking experience with Industrials client/transaction focus.
- Proven deal team management and time-sensitive execution skills.
- Excellent communication; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics) or Liberal Arts; MBA preferred.
- Series 7 license required.
