Role Accountabilities:

  • This position takes work direction from the Sr. Manager of GBS Global CI:

  • Serving as the regional GBS CI Consultant by providing expert guidance in Lean/Six Sigma.

  • Coaching process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing effectiveness, efficiency and insight.

  • Teaching and coaching continuous improvement to adopt the CI mindset in the regional GBS organization by providing expert guidance of management systems (visual management, standard work, leader standard work), four step problem solving (PDCA) and DMAIC Project Execution.

  • Delivering CI Foundation Training Program (Lean/Sigma) Certification Program (Six Sigma – DMAIC) to the delivery center staff.

  • Working closely with business process teams Supporting the Global Process Owners in transformation roadmap related to process standardization.

  • Managing medium complexity project aiming to improve process or business unit performance Lean Management System deployment in respective region

  • Analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows.

  • Strong discipline to analyze and design end-to-end business processes.

  • Demonstrated problem solving, facilitation and business acumen skills.

  • Capable of working in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions with a minimum supervision.

  • Change management and influencing skills Business acumen and good understanding of e2e finance processes

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Lean and Green Belt Six Sigma Certification with project experience

  • 8–10 years of professional experience (preferably in GBS/Shared Services) and 4–6 years in a similar position focused on business and non-manufacturing issues (services, finance, HR)

  • Relevant degree in a professional business subject or equivalent professional business process experience, preferably within a Global Business Services environment

  • Robotics Process Automation knowledge (process design or technical experience with Blue Prism)

  • Proficient English speaker

  • Project management skills and experience

  • Experience with Process Mining and Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Celonis, etc.)

  • Power Platform knowledge would be a plus

  • Proficiency in any programming language would be a plus

  • Medium understanding of AI concepts
