Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  • Process Purchase Orders upon receipt from customers into system, ensuring right pricing set-up and timely invoicing to customers 

  • Track and monitor Accounts Receivables from Customers prior to shipment, maintain Statement of Accounts for each customers on weekly basis.  

  • Update SAP system for portfolio changes – SKU Codes, Descriptions and customer mapping 

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock allocation for export orders. 

  • Prepare and maintain export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions. 

  • Plan, Coordinate and Execute shipments according to targeted schedules with acceptable service levels 

  • Consolidate and update shipments tracker to reflect real-time actualized data.  

  • Support data collection from marketing or other cross-functional teams based on a case-by-case basis.

Essential requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales operations/supply chain operations experience preferably in FMCG industry.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in SAP and Excel and comfortable working with reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
