About the Role

We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management to drive product changes, cost optimization, and innovation projects for Kimberly-Clark. This role is key to ensuring our products meet consumer expectations while improving efficiency and sustainability.

What You Will Do

  • Lead projects to optimize product cost and implement design-to-value initiatives.

  • Manage product changes and ensure smooth implementation across global teams.

  • Support innovation by leading trials and introducing new product improvements.

  • Collaborate globally with raw material, product development, quality, logistics, and planning teams.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain product specifications and manage material supply risks.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Science, or related field.

  • Experience: Background in FMCG, product development, or lifecycle management (willing to fresher guys)

  • Skills:

    • Strong English communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

    • Ability to work with multicultural, global teams.

    • Negotiation and conflict management skills are a plus.
