Main Responsibilities:
Systems, platforms and processes administrator
  • Champion and take ownership of all account administrations, banking powers, treasury related board resolutions, etc. This will require close liaison with banks and company secretaries, office administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Plays the role of Bank system administrator and uphold integrity of access rights and groupings. Performing periodic screening and making required changes after ensuring controls and evidences are in place.
  • Be the process owner of all legal documents and upkeep the database.
  • Point of contact for centralized reporting and trade finance support.
Process, controlling and governance
  • Updating cashflow data and resolving any system or data issues arising
  • Analyses and keeping bank fees within acceptable budget, investigate unexpected variance and lead discussion and resolution to root cause.
  • Compiling and clarifying performance metrics from Front Office team and reporting it in timely and efficient manner
  • Be the process auditor and confirmer for Treasury operations
Reporting and banking relationships
  • Collate, generate and report treasury performance
  • Any other projects as assigned by supervisor
  • Be the main contact to deal with bankers on various matters

Essential requirements:
  • Must have good command of English and Mandarin with ability to articulate thoughts clearly, written and verbal. This role will be dealing with stakeholders in Greater China.
  • Good understanding of information system, workflows and technologies in workplace
  • Good in handling administrative tasks, information and data management capabilities using Microsoft applications
  • Constantly advocating control, good governance, and efficient processes
Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:
  • Have a Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
  • Demonstrate strong past experience handling similar role for at least 5 years
  • Must have deep prior experience as System Administrator for banking platforms (e.g. HSBCnet, Citidirect, JPMorgan access, Straight2bank, etc.)
  • Confident in handling various stakeholders
  • Prior experience in eBAM application is an added advantage
