Role Overview

The Knowledge Management Analyst at PepsiCo in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, plays a pivotal role in supporting the ESM&KM Director. This position involves designing, developing, and running KM processes, including system design, document management, and critical knowledge retention. The analyst proactively identifies continuous improvement opportunities by assessing evolving needs within the Consumer function. Collaborating with KM Analysts, KM CoE, and Capability Leads, you will engage in transformative KM projects to enhance organizational knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

As a Knowledge Management Analyst, your impact will be felt across multiple areas:

  • Support the KM Lead and Capability Leads in identifying knowledge gaps aligned with business needs, recommending methodologies, and delivering end-to-end KM programs.
  • Design, develop, and implement KM processes for system maintenance, document management, and knowledge retention, while spotting improvement areas.
  • Expand focus to organizational knowledge beyond processes, including skills, technology, functional, and business aspects; propose frameworks for knowledge capture via assets and portals.
  • Own and manage ServiceNow and SharePoint libraries, handle maintenance, suggest process improvements, and facilitate knowledge exchange discussions.
  • Contribute to Change Management programs, partnering with global teams for effective launches, and provide coaching to champion KM culture.

Additional duties include assessing new hire onboarding gaps, defining KM KPIs, ensuring adaptability to business changes, and collaborating with transitions teams for document handovers and quality checks.

Collaboration and Innovation

Build strong partnerships with Consumer Capability leads, Product Owners, Talent Management, and KM CoE. Demonstrate creativity in training materials, communications, and exploring KM automation for enhanced user experience.
