  • Consolidating orders, monitoring fulfillment, tracking forecast accuracy, and partnering with market teams on risk assessments and contingency planning.
  • Coordinating supply planning for raw ingredients and packaging to maintain buffer stocks and prevent disruptions, while participating in strategic capacity planning for business growth.
  • Leading vendor development, commercialization support (volume, pricing, timelines, customs, tariffs), and new co-man setup per PepsiCo processes, including audits and approvals.
  • Driving innovation projects with commercialization teams, managing commercial runs, line extensions, artwork development, and logistics optimization to minimize waste and accelerate launches.
  • Ensuring food safety compliance through HACCP, PEM, Allergen, IPM, AIB, and FSM programs, including training, audits, and incident management.
  • Partnering on quality initiatives, traceability, lab improvements, and corrective actions, while providing Regulatory Affairs support for MFDS declarations, labeling, and agency interactions.
