Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Implement responsive UI/UX using Jetpack Compose and Material Design principles.
- Integrate with Kroger's RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Optimize app performance, ensuring smooth operation on various Android devices.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain code quality.
- Work with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of professional Android development experience.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and modern Android frameworks.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app store deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for mobile technology.
