Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to control costs effectively.
• Provide leadership and training to bakery team members, fostering a positive work environment and high performance.
• Engage with customers to recommend products, handle special orders, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor product quality, rotate stock, and maintain attractive displays to drive sales.
