Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery items according to recipes and production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area to meet health and safety standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers, recommending products, and fulfilling special orders for cakes and custom desserts.
• Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation to ensure product freshness and compliance with regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
