Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have prior experience in bakery operations, strong artistic skills for cake decoration, and a passion for baking. Knowledge of food safety (ServSafe certification preferred) and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment is essential. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
