• Assist customers with special orders, providing personalized consultations on flavors, designs, and dietary needs.
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies, ingredients, and decorations, ordering as needed to ensure availability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper sanitation, storage, and handling practices.
• Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and decorating tools safely and efficiently.
• Support merchandising efforts by creating eye-catching displays to promote bakery products.
• Train and mentor junior staff on decoration techniques and bakery operations.
