Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items, decorate cakes, and fulfill special orders with attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and report shortages to management.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to comply with health regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates possess strong customer service skills, basic knowledge of baking, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying temperatures. Previous retail or food service experience is preferred.
