• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and questions about ingredients or allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery and deli cases, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation to guarantee freshness.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and mixers safely while adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and reduce waste.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food preparation. Basic math skills for weighing and pricing items are essential.
