• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery and deli cases, shelves, and equipment.
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and mixers safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food preparation. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive tasks.
