Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and deli products including sliced meats, cheeses, and salads.
• Stock shelves and display cases, ensuring products are rotated, labeled correctly, and presented appealingly to drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and answering questions about ingredients or preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas, following food safety protocols and health regulations.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely, while monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have basic food handling knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling perishable goods.
