• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and questions about ingredients or allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery and deli areas, including sanitation of equipment and surfaces to meet health regulations.
• Stock shelves, rotate products to ensure freshness, and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Operate equipment like ovens, slicers, and scales safely while following all food handling protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling perishable goods.
