Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and deli products including sliced meats and cheeses.
• Stock shelves and display cases, ensuring products are fresh, attractively presented, and rotated properly to minimize waste.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and wrapping machines safely and efficiently.
• Provide friendly customer service, handling special orders and custom requests.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and surfaces to comply with health regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic food handling knowledge is preferred, with on-the-job training provided. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent bending.
