Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items such as cakes, pastries, breads, and deli products including sliced meats, cheeses, and salads.
• Stock shelves and display cases with fresh products, rotating stock to ensure optimal freshness and minimizing waste.
• Provide friendly customer service, offering product recommendations, answering questions, and processing orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic food handling knowledge is preferred, with on-the-job training provided. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent bending.
