Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and deli products including sliced meats, cheeses, and salads.
• Stock shelves and display cases, ensuring products are fresh, attractively presented, and rotated properly to minimize waste.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.
• Provide friendly customer service, handling special orders and custom requests.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning work areas, equipment, and surfaces throughout the shift.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic food handling knowledge is preferred, with on-the-job training provided. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive tasks.
