• Stock shelves and display cases to ensure attractive and organized presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, special orders, and recommendations.
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards in work areas, following HACCP and FDA guidelines.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive tasks. Previous experience in food handling is preferred, with on-the-job training provided for Kroger-specific procedures.
