Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and deli meats/cheeses according to customer orders and store specifications.
• Stock shelves and display cases with fresh products, rotating stock to ensure optimal freshness and minimizing waste.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, recommendations, and special orders.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health regulations.
• Operate deli slicers, ovens, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or quality issues.

Skills and Qualifications
