• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations and special orders.
• Maintain department cleanliness, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and mixers safely while adhering to food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support store promotions.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling perishable goods.
