Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery goods such as breads, cakes, pastries, and deli items including salads, meats, and cheeses.
• Stock shelves and display cases to ensure appealing product presentation and optimal availability.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and questions.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning work areas, equipment, and following health and safety protocols.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling perishable goods. Previous experience in food handling or retail is preferred.
