• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product selection, special orders, and recommendations.
• Maintain department cleanliness, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and follow food safety protocols.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support store promotions.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling perishable goods. Prior experience in food handling is preferred, with on-the-job training provided for Kroger standards.
