• Prepare and display bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and donuts to attract customers.
• Slice deli meats, cheeses, and other products using commercial slicers while adhering to portion control and hygiene protocols.
• Assist customers with product selection, special orders, and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain department cleanliness, including cleaning equipment, shelves, and work areas to meet health and safety regulations.
• Stock shelves, rotate products to ensure freshness, and monitor inventory levels for timely reordering.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, basic food handling knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling perishable goods.
