• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and questions about ingredients or allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery/deli area, including sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and display cases to meet health and safety regulations.
• Stock shelves and cases with fresh products, monitor inventory levels, and rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently while following all food handling protocols.

Skills and Qualifications
