Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and deli products including sliced meats, cheeses, and salads.
• Maintain department cleanliness, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
• Stock shelves, rotate products to ensure freshness, and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Provide friendly customer service, recommend products, and handle special requests or custom orders.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
