Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and display bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and donuts to meet daily production goals.
• Slice deli meats, cheeses, and other products accurately using commercial slicers while adhering to portion control and hygiene protocols.
• Assist customers with product selection, special orders, and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including cleaning equipment, shelves, and display cases.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and report shortages to management.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling repetitive tasks.
