- Maintain clean and organized bakery and deli cases, ensuring products are rotated, labeled, and presented attractively.
- Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and proofers safely while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and fulfilling special orders.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking quality, and minimizing waste through proper stock rotation.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should have basic food handling knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
