Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items such as cakes, pastries, breads, and deli products including sliced meats, cheeses, and salads.
• Stock shelves, rotate products to ensure freshness, and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Provide friendly customer service, answer questions, and offer samples to promote sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized department, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications
