Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items such as cakes, breads, and pastries according to recipes and customer orders.

• Stock shelves and display cases with fresh products, rotating stock to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering samples, and recommending products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following all health and safety regulations including proper food handling.
• Operate department equipment such as ovens, slicers, and scales safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and special event orders.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have basic food handling knowledge, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
