• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and questions about ingredients or allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery and deli cases, ensuring products are fresh, properly labeled, and rotated to minimize waste.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and mixers safely while adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages to management for efficient ordering.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food preparation. Basic math skills for pricing and measuring are essential.
