• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and questions about ingredients or allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery and deli cases, ensuring products are fresh, properly labeled, and rotated to minimize waste.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and mixers safely while adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages to management for timely reordering.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food service. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent bending. Previous experience in food handling is preferred, along with knowledge of food safety practices.
