Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and deli products including sliced meats, cheeses, and salads.
• Stock shelves and display cases, ensuring products are rotated for maximum freshness and appeal.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.
• Provide friendly customer service, including order fulfillment for special requests like custom cakes or party platters.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, equipment, and display areas according to health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, attention to food safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
