Key Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate bakery and deli products to maintain freshness and compliance with FIFO standards.
• Prepare deli items including slicing meats and cheeses, assembling platters, and heating prepared foods safely.
• Bake or finish bakery products according to recipes and store guidelines, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and fulfilling special requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and department sanitation protocols.

Skills and Qualifications
