• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery/deli area, including sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and display cases to meet health and safety regulations.
• Stock shelves and cases with fresh products, rotate inventory to ensure freshness, and monitor expiration dates.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling perishable goods. Food handling certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.
