Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package bakery goods such as breads, cakes, pastries, and deli items including meats, cheeses, salads, and hot foods.
• Stock shelves and display cases, ensuring products are attractively presented and rotated for maximum freshness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and questions about ingredients or preparation.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils according to health and safety regulations.
• Operate deli slicers, ovens, and other equipment safely while following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination.

Skills and Qualifications
