Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and display cases to attract customers and ensure product availability.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering samples, and recommending products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery/deli area, following Kroger's hygiene protocols.
• Operate equipment like slicers, ovens, and scales safely and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling perishable goods. Food handling experience is preferred, and all hires must pass a background check and food safety training.
