Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and display bakery items such as breads, cakes, pastries, and donuts to meet daily production goals.
• Serve deli customers by slicing meats, cheeses, and other products accurately using specialized equipment.
• Stock shelves and cases with fresh products, rotate inventory to ensure quality, and monitor expiration dates.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and questions about ingredients or allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and deli areas, including cleaning equipment, surfaces, and floors per health regulations.
• Operate department equipment safely, such as ovens, slicers, and proofers, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill catering orders, party platters, and seasonal promotions.
• Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking quality, and reporting discrepancies.

Skills and Qualifications
