• Stock shelves and display cases with fresh products, rotate inventory to maintain freshness, and monitor expiration dates.
• Assist customers by answering questions, recommending products, and fulfilling special orders for bakery and deli items.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including cleaning equipment, surfaces, and storage areas in compliance with health regulations.

Customer Service Excellence

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering samples, providing product information, and resolving any concerns promptly. This role requires strong teamwork, as you'll coordinate with other departments to meet daily production goals and support store promotions.

Physical and Work Environment

This is a fast-paced retail environment involving standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varying temperatures (coolers and ovens). Flexible scheduling includes weekends, evenings, and holidays. Kroger provides training for all necessary skills and equipment operation.
