• Stock shelves and display cases with fresh products, rotating stock to ensure optimal freshness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product recommendations, special orders, and questions about ingredients or allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery/deli area, including cleaning equipment, surfaces, and floors per health regulations.
• Operate deli slicers, ovens, and other equipment safely while following Kroger's operational procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required for standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling perishable goods. Food handling certification is a plus.
