Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer age for alcohol purchases and adhere strictly to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol sales.
• Handle cash transactions, operate point-of-sale systems, and process returns or exchanges accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and conduct regular stock checks to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Provide product recommendations, educate customers on beer, wine, and liquor selections, and promote seasonal promotions.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must have prior retail experience, strong leadership abilities, and knowledge of alcohol products. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are essential. A valid alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS or state equivalent) is preferred.

Work Environment
