The Bellerive Staff Pharmacist at Kroger plays a vital role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients within our Bellerive pharmacy location. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will dispense medications, offer clinical consultations, and ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper usage, side effects, and interactions.
• Perform medication therapy management (MTM) services to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer vaccinations and participate in community health screenings.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy laws.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and store management to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must hold a valid PharmD degree and state pharmacist license. Previous retail pharmacy experience is highly preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced retail setting.
