Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an impeccably clean and organized cheese case, ensuring products are attractively displayed with proper labeling and pricing.
• Handle cheese slicing, wrapping, and weighing with precision using specialized tools to meet customer specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and assist with receiving and stocking new cheese deliveries.
• Upsell complementary products such as crackers, wines, and preserves to enhance customer baskets and drive department sales.
• Collaborate with the deli team to prepare cheese platters and party trays for special orders and events.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper storage temperatures and hygiene protocols.
