Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an immaculate cheese display case, including slicing, wrapping, and labeling products accurately to meet Kroger's quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock to prevent spoilage, and place orders for popular and specialty items to keep the shop fully stocked.
• Operate the cheese shop counter, process transactions efficiently using POS systems, and promote seasonal specials or loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper temperature control, sanitation of equipment, and adherence to health codes.
